Adaptive Reuse

Hollis, NH

Case study

We are sustainable energy planners who are determined to make doing the right thing affordable and comfortable. This Home in Hollis, NH was retrofit by our sustainability design/build team. The windows, insulated roof panels, floor deck, and heating system were reused after the 2001 deconstruction of a Howard Johnson’s Guest Lodge in Nashua, NH. In addition the granite used in landscaping was reused after the deconstruction of St. Patrick’s church in Lowell, MA. We also offer a broad range of energy services in planning and design/build for new construction.
